The WISE Campaign (Women into Science and Engineering) encourages women and girls to value and pursue STEM subjects in education and progress into related careers. Its mission is to build a more diverse, inclusive and accessible workforce across science, technology, engineering and mathematics.
WISE UK approached Total Medical Design UK to deliver a complete brand refresh, a full website rebuild and an online diagnostic tool — helping organisations assess their gender diversity performance across UK STEM sectors.
The rebuilt WISE website communicates the organisation’s Diversity, Inclusion and Change mission clearly and powerfully. The new site is mobile-optimised, content-managed and structured to drive membership, event attendance and engagement with the Diversity Assessment Tool.
The WISE brand refresh created a bold, distinctive identity built around energy, inclusion and progress. A new logo, colour system, iconography and brand guidelines were developed to work coherently across digital platforms, printed materials and campaign communications.
The brand identity was extended across social media campaign assets, printed communications and branded materials. Each touchpoint maintains the WISE visual language — from Instagram launch posts to corporate proposal documents and branded merchandise.
